Recognition for the Award-Winning District Service-in Action Video

This years District 5040 Interact Video Contest was a great success!  We had 9 submissions (significantly more than the last few years) with videos received from the following Clubs:

Sir Winston Churchill Interact
Hugh Boyd Interact
Rockridge Interact
Strathcona Interact
New West Secondary Interact
Burnaby South Interact
Steveston London Interact
Windsor Interact
Vancouver Rotary Interact 

All the videos were inspiring, creative, informative, and reflective of the great energy and accomplishments of our wonderful Interactors!   
The winning videos were selected based on their focus of “Service In Action”, “Making a Difference in your Community”, and “Engagement of Club Members” as well the video quality and “3 Minute Maximum” requirement.  The selection process was challenging (as all the videos were great!) but the final results for the 2026 Interact Video Contest are:

1st Place - $250.00 Award - New West Interact   
2nd Place - $150.00 Award - Strathcona Interact
3rd Place - $100.00 Award - Steveston London Interact

We want to thank all the Interact Clubs who submitted videos for this years D5040 Interact Video Contest and ask that you please pass on the contest results to your Interactors.
We plan to have the videos available for viewing via the D5040 website in the near future.
