Our Club Administration Committee ensures that the club operates in a professional, timely, and cost-effective manner. Perhaps most importantly, this requires an effective relationship with the venue for club meetings, which requires frequent communication with the hotel management concerning the services they provide and the club's requirements.

Another important function is the scheduling of interesting and informative programs for our meetings. A speakers' list is developed some months in advance and the committee arranges for audio/visual equipment or other presentation requirements specified by the speakers.

Club Administration is responsible for coordination of social events such as holiday gatherings, informal dinners, trips to sports or entertainment events, etc.  Ours is a social group and our fellowship activities are a high priority. In recent years, these have included summertime barbecues, Christmas parties, trips to a racetrack and to an opera. A special favourite is called Guess Who's Coming For Dinner, a surprise potluck dinner in several members' homes.

A weekly club bulletin is emailed to all members and a number of friends of the club to help keep everyone informed of recent and upcoming club activities.
