This week we welcomed 12 members and our guest Rotaractors.
Rotary Moment:
Frances Kolotyluk gave us the Rotary moment today. She told us about the 5 avenues of service in Rotary, this week she focused on the most recent avenue, New Generations Service became Rotary's fifth Avenue of Service in 2010. It is defined in article 5 of the Standard Rotary Club Constitution: New Generations Service recognizes the positive change implemented by youth.

Meeting Program: Today our guests were Jordan, Fernanda and Maddie, from the King George Secondary Rotaract Club.
Some of the highlights of their presentation were:
  • They are up to 15 members in the club.
  • Jordan attended the Peace conference and found it very inspiring.
  • They are working on a project related to women's health, more details to follow.
